    FAQ

    Questions, answered honestly

Yes. No card required, no trial that converts to a subscription. We give this course away because it is the clearest demonstration we have of how we teach, and because some people who take it go on to buy a paid credential. That is the whole business model, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

Yes, a certificate of completion you can share on LinkedIn. It is not the same as the verified digital credential our paid microcredentials award, which is independently verifiable via a unique link. We keep the two clearly different on purpose.

No, and be careful of anyone who says a one-hour course will. Chapter 4 explains what is changing under the Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition Directive, which applies from 27 September 2026, and shows you which kinds of claim now carry risk. It is education, not legal advice. For claims on a live product, talk to a qualified adviser.

No. The course assumes none and starts from the beginning.

About an hour. Five chapters, roughly 52 minutes of video, plus five short knowledge checks.

That depends on the gap it exposes. If it was product design, take Systems Thinking and Circular Product Design. If it was organisation-wide capability, take SustainAgility Fundamentals. If it was the underlying ESG concepts, take ESG and Sustainability Fundamentals. You get 20 percent off any of them when you finish.

Yes. There is no seat limit and no cost. Send it to as many people as you like.
