The Certified Growth Mindset Champion (CGMC) course teaches the practices of applying growth mindset in individuals, teams, and enterprise leadership in a variety of contexts. Students who complete Certified Growth Mindset Champion training comprised of at least 14 hours of live instruction time are eligible to take the credentialing exam and earn their CGMC credential.
