AI for Non-Tech Professionals
About 80 minutes
What AI actually is, where it helps in your role, and how to prompt it without being technical.
The entry point into AI at work: use it in your own role, lead the people around you through the change, and apply it where it matters most.
Write prompts using a structured framework, and check what the AI gives you against a reliability checklist before it leaves your desk.
Redesign one workflow in your own role so AI handles defined steps and you keep the judgement calls.
Build a role risk matrix for your team, mapping automation risk against skill transferability, and defend an upskill, reskill or transition decision for every role on it.
Draft a green-AI initiative brief for your organisation or sector, naming the sustainability outcome and the AI method that gets there.
Four microcredentials, then the applied capstone. The order below is recommended, not enforced.
Each plate fills as its component enters view. The capstone locks last.

About 80 minutes
How AI is changing business functions and jobs, and how to build an AI-enabled workflow you can repeat.
About 90 minutes
Diagnose skills gaps, decide who to upskill, reskill or transition, and handle resistance honestly.
About 80 minutes
Where AI and sustainability meet, and how to lead a green-AI initiative responsibly.
An AI adoption brief for your own team. You redesign one workflow so AI handles defined steps, build a role risk matrix for the people in it, set the safeguards that keep the output reliable and the transition fair, and state the business or sustainability outcome it targets. Submitted as one document and assessed against a rubric.
Assessed, required for the certification
Already completed one of these microcredentials? It still counts. Get in touch before you enrol and we will credit what you have already paid against the certification price.
Five clear steps from enrolment to your official MASSIVUE Certification.
Start your journey with a single enrolment.
Every required Micro Credential in this certification is unlocked for you.
Work through them one by one and pass all required assessments.
Once all Micro Credentials are done, email ahemads@massivue.com confirming you have completed them.
Our team verifies your completion and emails you your official MASSIVUE Certification.
You earn a single credential that names the capability, instead of four separate badges a hiring manager has to piece together.
The capstone exists only inside the certification. No single microcredential includes it.
The certification is $179. The four microcredentials cost $266 bought separately.
Use AI in your role and lead others through the change. No technical background needed.
Build and run AI work: prompt engineering, AI projects, consulting and project management.
Set AI direction: digital strategy, transformation leadership and the executive view.
Engineers who want to build or fine-tune AI models. This certification is about applying AI in your role and leading its adoption, not building the technology.
None. No coding and no prior AI experience is assumed. Comfort with everyday office software is enough.
Complete all four microcredentials, including their module quizzes and final assessments, then submit the applied capstone. Your credential is issued once the capstone has been assessed, and is verifiable immediately.
Rolling this out to a team? Team access is available, including volume pricing, central billing, white-label and co-branded licensing.
Talk to us about team accessIt is a verified digital credential that you and any employer can verify online through a unique link. It is not an accredited or government-recognised qualification. CPD recognition is in progress. We would rather tell you that than let you find out later.
A microcredential covers one focused skill area and takes about 80 to 90 minutes. This certification is four of them plus an assessed capstone, and it earns a single credential covering the whole area. You can take any microcredential on its own and it still counts toward the certification.
No. None of the four microcredentials require coding or prior AI experience. They are written for people who work with AI rather than build it.
No. The order is recommended because the first two build the vocabulary that the last two assume, but you can take them in any sequence. The capstone should be last.
Yes. Every microcredential in this certification counts toward it, and you do not repeat anything you have already finished. Contact us before you enrol in the certification and we will credit what you have already paid against the certification price. If you have completed all four microcredentials separately, you complete the capstone alone to earn the certification.
Four microcredentials, one capstone, one credential.
